Accept the terms and condition before order:
- To cancel after the order confirmation you have to pay the delivery charge.
- For size issue you can return the product, paying the delivery charge while delivery man still at your door.
- For any faulty product you can return without paying any charges but you have to show the fault to the delivery person. No fault accepted after the delivery man leaves.
- We delivery within 3 days inside dhaka and 5 days outside dhaka via REDX. You will get a link via REDX(message) and can trace the parcel through the link. If REDX delay to delivery after we handover the parcel to REDX, EORAHA won’t be responsible.

Exchange policy
- For size issues you can exchange size within 24 hours after receiving the product.
