• For size issue you can return the product, paying the delivery charge while delivery man still at your door.
• For any faulty product you can return without paying any charges but you have to show the fault to the delivery person. No fault accepted after the delivery man leaves.
• We delivery within 3 days inside dhaka and 5 days outside dhaka via REDX/E COURIER. You will get a link via REDX(message) and can trace the parcel through the link. If REDX/E COURIER delay to delivery after we handover the parcel to REDX/E COURIER, EORAHA won’t be responsible.
