To cancel after the order confirmation you have to pay the delivery charge.
For size issue you can return the product, paying the delivery charge while delivery man still at your door.
For any faulty product you can return without paying any charges but you have to show the fault to the delivery person. No fault accepted after the delivery man leaves.
We delivery within 3 days inside dhaka and 5 days outside dhaka via REDX/E COURIER. You will get a link via REDX(message) and can trace the parcel through the link. If REDX/E COURIER delay to delivery after we handover the parcel to REDX/E COURIER, EORAHA won’t be responsible.

After 24 hours, no exchange acceptable.
